Digital sign now greets visitors and residents to Mill City

Sometimes a little change is a good thing…

For over 30 years the sign sponsored by the North Santiam Chamber of Commerce located in front of what is now REX Images, has greeted folks as they enter into the Mill City from the west and bid farewell to them from the east.

Some of the Chamber board members were on hand to attend the inaugural lighting of a new digital sign, installed Friday. This will be a venue for community announcements and support for local commerce. More information about how organizations can utilize this new resource will be available soon.
