Jesse Gabriel Guzman, 23, died Jan. 30, 2023 in a tragic car accident. He was born April 10, 1999 in Salem.
Jesse spent most of his life in the Santiam Canyon. He resided in Stayton, Lyons and Mill City. He attended schools in the Santiam Canyon School District, and worked several jobs in the area. He spent years at Freres Lumber Co., and at his parents company, Inspirational Painting Inc. He also worked in construction and barn building. He spent the last year working at Littau Power Equipment in Stayton.
Jesse leaves behind an eight-year-old daughter, Emillee Guzman. He is also survived by his parents, Brinda Alvarado, Jose Alvarado and Jesus Guzman; siblings, Lindsey Nelson, Heather Nelson, Antheny Nelson and Agustin Alvarado; and grandparents, Larry Nelson and Gayle Nelson.
