Delores Ann Drake, 73, of Mill City passed away at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on Jan. 20, 1950, to George and Edith (Nystrom) Stafford in Salem.
With an associates degree, Dolores worked in education as an art teacher for an oil painting class at Chemeketa Community College.
Delores married Terry Drake on Oct.18, 1969, and raised two children. Her hobbies included her affiliation with the Rebekah’s, arts and crafts, ancestry and photography.
Delores is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Marvin; and sister, Carmen. She is survived by her husband, Terry Drake; children, Mindy Drake and Abbie Drake-Spier; and three grandchildren.
Services were held at Gates Community Church on Monday Nov. 27, 2023.
