Extra Patrol, 2:47 p.m., NE Santiam Pointe Loop, Mill City. Nothing suspicious.

Suspicious Circumstances, 3:06 p.m., SW Evergreen Street, Mill City. Deputy returned a suitcase that was left behind to its owner.

Suspicious Person, 3:20 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Caller reported a suspicious person that came to her door today.

Disturbance, 5:03 p.m., NW Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Female of Mill City was arrested for harassment, Disorderly Conduct II, and Criminal Trespass III, and was lodged at Linn County Jail.

Feb. 7

Disturbance, 8:35 a.m., E Gates Bridge, Gates. Deputies responded to a disturbance. Non-criminal.

Suspicious Circumstances, 8:37 a.m., SW Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Deputy spoke with caller about suspicious circumstances.

Suspicious Person, 11:38 a.m., SW Third Avenue/SW Cherry Street, Scio. Caller reported suspicious people at their job site. They left after being told to do so.

Accident, 3:40 p.m., Gilkey Road, Scio. Deputy responded to report of vehicle in the ditch. Vehicle left before deputies arrived. No property damage.

Traffic Stop, 4:01 p.m., Kelly Road, Scio. Driver warned for failure to drive within lane.

Suspicious Circumstances, 5:08 p.m., Highway 226, Scio. OSP bomb tech scanned a suspicious package at a residence that had a foil-like wire on it. The package ended up only containing the purchased contents and was safely opened.

Threats, 6:56 p.m., Lulay Road, Scio. Caller had questions about unwanted phone and social media contact they were receiving.

Suspicious Circumstances, 7:56 p.m., SW Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Civil issues over living quarters in a house.

Traffic Stop, 10:25 p.m., Lyons-Mill City Drive, Lyons. Driver cited for driving without privileges and driving uninsured.

Extra Patrol, 12:10 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Kimmel Park. Nothing suspicious found.

Suspicious Vehicle, 7:16 a.m., Monument Peak Road, Gates. Male, 53, of Lyons was arrested for Trespass 2 and a probation violation warrant.

Found Property, 8:25 a.m., SW Broadway Street, Mill City. Deputy responded to a found property call and took the property to be entered into evidence under found property.

Forest Timber Patrol, 1:45 p.m., Larwood Drive, Scio. Foot patrol of BLM land.

Criminal Mischief, 3:08 p.m., Kingwood Avenue, Mill City. Deputy investigated criminal mischief and was not able to contact the offender.

Found Property, 4:03 p.m., Fifth Street, Lyons. Deputy responds to found property call and sets up a time for the property to be picked up by owner.

Mental Health, 6:09 p.m., NW Alder Street, Mill City. Caller reported a male who was suffering with mental illness. The male was sleeping when deputies arrived and no longer needed services.

Traffic Stop, 8:27 p.m., SW 10th Avenue, Mill City. Driver cited for failure to register vehicle.

Traffic Stop, 9:05 p.m., S First Avenue, Mill City. Driver warned for failure to renew vehicle registration.

Disturbance, 9:44 p.m., NE Santiam Blvd., Mill City. Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance between father and son. No crimes.

Suspicious Circumstances, 6:22 a.m., SW Parkside Drive, Mill City. Caller reported hearing a male yelling through her cameras. Deputies arrived in the area within minutes and were unable to locate anyone.

Shots Heard, 7:12 p.m., Neal Park Road, Lyons. Deputies and detectives investigated possible shooting incident.

Suspicious Circumstances, 7:29 p.m., Rock Creek Road, Gates. Caller reported a loud noise. Nothing located by deputies.

Suspicious Vehicle, 7:37 a.m., Cedar Mill Road, Lyons. Deputies located suspicious vehicle and contacted owner who had parked at the location and went for a run.

Elude, 10:08 a.m., NW Santiam Blvd./NW Ninth Avenue, Mill City. Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle that did not stop. Deputy did not pursue.

Found Dog, 11:25 a.m., SE Fairview Street, Mill City. Deputy was unable to catch found dog. Animal Control was notified.
