News for those who live, work and play in the Santiam Canyon
The Mill City Volunteer Fire Department is reminding everyone that June 15 is the last day to burn during the spring backyard burning season. Always call the burn information line 877-982-0011 before beginning to burn to receive accurate burning times and regulations. If you do not get all debris burned on the 15th, cover thepile and resume again next October. Those whe burn out of season will receive a citation from DEQ.
